What is the shipping time?

Shipping takes 3-7 business days within Israel.

Are the jewelry pieces made of real gold?

Yes, all our jewelry is made of real 14k gold.

Can a jewelry piece be returned or exchanged?

Jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged because all our jewelry is custom-made for each customer, therefore it cannot be returned or exchanged.

Can an order be canceled or changed?

An order can be canceled or changed until 3:00 PM on the same day of the order, before production begins.

Important: If an order cancellation or change is requested after 3:00 PM, a cancellation fee of 30% of the order amount will be charged.

Are the jewelry pieces suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes, our jewelry is made from hypoallergenic materials.
