Return and Refund Policy – ILC Jewelry

Ready-made jewelry: Can be returned within 14 days of receiving the order for a full refund, or within 30 days for store credit. The jewelry must be unused, undamaged, without scratches, and in its original box.

Custom jewelry: Jewelry made to personal order cannot be returned or exchanged.

Manufacturing defect: In case of a manufacturing defect, the product will be replaced at no cost within 30 days of receiving the order.

Product Warranty: We offer a 12-month warranty on all our jewelry. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and color fading. It does not cover mechanical damage or breaks caused by careless use.
