Terms of Service – ILC Jewelry

Use of the website is permitted for users aged 18 and over only.

Shipping: 3-7 business days | Free shipping on orders over ₪499. Custom jewelry: 7-10 additional production days.

Returns: Ready-made jewelry – up to 14 days for a full refund, up to 30 days for store credit. Custom jewelry – cannot be returned or exchanged.

Warranty: Manufacturing defects will be replaced within 30 days of receiving the order.

Orders can be modified on the same day they are placed, provided production has not yet begun.

Order Cancellation

The customer may cancel the transaction in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 and the Consumer Protection Regulations (Transaction Cancellation), 5771-2010.

A transaction may be cancelled within 14 days from the date of receiving the product or from the date of receiving the transaction details document, whichever is later.

Cancellation of a transaction for a product made specifically for the customer (such as jewelry with a personal engraving) — cannot be cancelled after production has begun.

In case of cancellation, payment will be refunded within 14 business days minus a cancellation fee of 5% or ₪100, whichever is lower.

Product Warranty

All jewelry is covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not apply to damage caused by improper use, normal wear, or accidents.
