How long will it take to get my order?
Deliveries arrive within 3-5 business days nationwide. Express delivery within one business day for an additional fee.
Is the gold real?
All our jewelry is made from genuine 14k gold, in accordance with the Israeli Standards Institute. Every piece of jewelry comes with a warranty certificate.
What is your return policy?
Any product can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Within 30 days, store credit can be issued.
How do you care for jewelry?
It is recommended to keep the jewelry dry and remove it before showering or swimming. Clean with a soft cloth. Gold can be washed in lukewarm water with mild soap.
