How long will it take to get my order?
Ready-made jewelry: delivery takes 3 to 7 business days. Personalized jewelry: please allow 7 to 10 business days for production, plus 3 to 7 business days for delivery.
Is the gold real?
All our jewelry is made from genuine 14k gold, in accordance with the Israeli Standards Institute. Every piece of jewelry comes with a warranty certificate.
What is your return policy?
Ready-made jewelry: you may return your item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, or within 30 days for store credit. The jewelry must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original box. Personalized jewelry: custom-made jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.
How do you care for jewelry?
It is recommended to keep the jewelry dry and remove it before showering or swimming. Clean with a soft cloth. Gold can be washed in lukewarm water with mild soap.
