How long will it take to get my order?
Ready-made jewelry: delivery within 3 to 7 business days. Custom jewelry: please allow 7 to 10 business days for production, plus 3 to 7 business days for delivery.
Is the gold real?
All our jewelry is made from genuine 14k gold, in accordance with the Israeli Standards Institute. Every piece of jewelry comes with a warranty certificate.
What is your return policy?
Ready-made jewelry: you may return your jewelry within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, or within 30 days for store credit. The jewelry must be unworn, undamaged, scratch-free, and in its original box. Custom jewelry: jewelry made to order cannot be returned or exchanged.
How do you care for jewelry?
It is recommended to keep the jewelry dry and remove it before showering or swimming. Clean with a soft cloth. Gold can be washed in lukewarm water with mild soap.
